Boot and Liner combo
Thinking about trying to match this boot, Scarpa Freedom SL 28.0:

Will it work? Is there an issue with cuff height, flex, etc.? Any thoughts are helpful, thanks.

We did the same thing experimenting with a Scarpa Gea and some BD AT boas. The outcome was a much stiffer boot and additional weight. She ended up not liking the way the boots lost ROM for hiking and went back to the original liners. I think a big issue for you will be the same plus there will be a clash with the boa knob and the power strap.
you would have better luck with the taller AT boas. IMO.
