The design on the 07/08 120 is a MUCH different shape than the 06/07 120 - i.e. a lot more tip rocker. I'm also on the bigger side @ 6' 190 ski hard, blah, blah, blah. Skis I own & like - 194 LP, 190 FFF, 193 EHP...

There is no reason you should not go flex 3 if you are an advanced skiier and over 170 lbs. Because the lack of camber you never really notice the stifness, unlike traditional skis, until you hit some crud/crap and these babies just power through. I actually think they could be the best one ski quiver for those that live in an area with over 350" per year. I was sooo impressed with hardpack performance. These things rail. Best ski ever....just hope they last that long!
I'm 170lbs (more or less) and ski 'em tele, nothing near hardcore either. So don't mind if they're not super stiff.

    Super stoked about these boards

06/07 is more of a "long rise tip" while 07/08 has true tip rocker.

For tele I'd go F2. As a fellow tele skier, on occasion, I prefer a slightly softer board for pow than alpine - enjoy!

Really enjoy the 120s when there is some soft snow but find they flap about a bit ......
I have also recently tried out some Legend Pro XXLs in 194 and am liking the extra length......
(i'm thinking flex 3 in all cases)
If you can happily ski 194 xxls then there is no reason at all why you wouldn't be on the 200 120s or 202 138s (whichever you go with). Having never been on the intervening generation 190s but having skied both the 05/06 (f2) 190s and the 07/8 (f2) 200s I can say that the 200s are a lot more dialed and the tip flapping that on the 190s I found very disconcerning (but in fairness was mental it didn't lead to any instability just seemed weird) is basically gone. And they are 98% as playful and fun at lower speeds/tighter spots as the 190s, which is to say approximately a million times more fun that normal skis. 80% of statistics are made up on the spot.

As for flexes, if they hadn't made the 200 I would've gone F3 in the 190 but got F2 in the 200 (for me). Dunno how much it matters really. Pretty much everywhere but especially in pow, the f2 200s have a top speed much much much higher than I'm willing to explore.
