Thread: Summit/Breck mags... get in on a house this season?

I'm obviously in the midst of the shitshow called "looking for a new place".

Any mags living in or moving up to Breck that are looking for a place for this upcoming winter? I am fed up with dealing with my financially retarded friends, and want to lock down a "nice" place for the season. Trying to find a winter only lease, cause I donno where I will be headed in the spring. I am looking at BRECK ONLY, or just outside on the bus route. I know nobody ever looks at hookup threads, but if you spot this and are interested, shoot me a PM.

What kinda cash are we talking? I am looking for a private bedroom/bath.
I will make an excellent roommate because I am very kind to all.
Privacy and security are important for my pad.

I'm looking for a roomshare as well. Don't need anything special. A couch, cot, or bed, doesn't matter. Access to a hot shower and a kitchen. Plan on being there 2-3 days a week max. Willing to share a room with multiple people if need be.

Sorry guys, not what I'm lookin for. I had a house like that year and it was a disaster. If people want to use this thread to get something like that together, it's all set with me. I Was hoping more for people who are really living/working up here and can afford something quieter and nice, and that are around enough to be reliable. FYI 183gotamasA/T, I'm looking to drop up to 850 max per bedroom (all said and done: rent/utilities).

I can handle up to $850 for a Nov-Apr lease.
I will need to bring my dog.
I am not sure how often I would be there though.
