I'm looking for either a whole property or a room to rent for the entire winter season in Breckenridge, moving in late October and moving out early May, but this is negotiable.

If you have any contacts to property owners then I would greatly appreciate them. The more bedrooms the better, but 4 would be primo. $2/3000pm+utilities is ideal but let me know what you have.
Any previous rental contacts would be appreciated as well.

Am also looking for a room to rent out in a shared property so if you have anything available then I will be very interested too.
