longer effective edge and running length, stiffer tail, larger radius (RPC @ 20m vs. RP @15m), lower rocker height tip and tail.

    personally very stoked on it.

i am surprised there is not a thread on it yet...?

Right now my ideal two ski quiver consists of Moment 182 PB&J's and ON3P 191 Caylors. Since I can't have both I'll stick with the one that is my choice as one ski quiver (the PB&J's) and add a 190 Bibby Pro. Dukes on everything.

That's my setup for this year. 188 PB&J w/ jesters and 190 Bibbys but not sure on the clamps yet. Thinking about being a guardian guinea pig.

Gonna guinea pig the tyrol. Adrenaline binders this year. Obviously i am going to be on our own stuff, and will be all of our models regularly, but our George will be my quiver of one this year. If i went for two pair, it would be our Humpbacks and the new Manny model we will be testing this season.

The 2012/13 Bibby Pro in that length is the Governor though, right? Does anyone know if they're making any changes besides the name?

Without a doubt, Praxis. Of skis I have used, these would be my picks...

Ski #1: Praxis Powder Boards. Not the most versatile skis on the planet, but on the right days, nothing else I know of made today comes close IMO.

Ski # 2: Praxis Concepts. They ski great across a very broad range of conditions - and do not really overlap with the Powders.

I'd obsess for weeks about whether to go basic alpine or tour capable on one or both. Alpine would be STH 14 on Powders and FKS 14 on Concepts. Turing would be either new Dukes or Tracker/Guardian on either. Probably favor the latter due to height. In the end' I'd probably do a bunch of coin tossing...

For ski #2 it was almost tempting to list Protests as they deliver much of what the Powders do - but open up a wider range of snow. In the end, I figured the Powders and Concepts represented a more capable "quiver".

In my current real world, my "working fleet" is in fact a bunch of Praxis. I spend almost all my time on the 3 skis listed above. I do not know of any other single company I could be happy to assemble a quiver from. I like the designs and I like the way they ski. And they are tough as nails. There are other companies that have specific skis I like, but none has as big a range that sings to me.

With the addition of the new Praxis models, there is even more quiver flexibility. I'm pretty curious about the Ullr...

Mine are last years, 11/12, just changing bindings. For 12/13, the Bibby Pro comes in 184 and 190, while the Governor (last year's Bibby Special) is in a 186 and 196 . . . as far as I know.

Still tweaking, and some changes since this, but here is the basic concept (sure, it's not groundbreaking, but we're not looking for groundbreaking...we're looking for effective)
