Nice pics, those look like good biking dogs.
So I take it they finally opened the road!
I'd be curious how far you could ride up Emerald/Hyalite Lake. Maybe not too far I'm guessing
since the snotel is still showing over 50 inches of snow at 8100 feet.

Nice shots
Pickels, if you wanna go ski Blackmore some time, hit me up. That looks like a good running buddy for the Ghost.
Do you think the Hood Creek loop is dry now?

The road opened this morning.
I bet hood still has some water flowin down it.
West Shore was pretty dry, but still a little snow in the woods after you go through the field just after the turn off for Crescent lake. There was also some water flowin there so I got off and walked around.. didn't want to add to any erosion.
I bet that beginning of next week Hood, Upper part of lick creek and wildhorse will be in good shape. There's alot less snow in the open areas (ie that perfect slope you can see when you look above the dam) than there was last sunday. Still worried about shady north facing stuff. Odd that its almost July and we're wondering about things being dry.

Nice pics, looks like things are starting to get ridable up there. I'm gonna hit up Charlie's Face some night this week if anyone wants to tag along.
