    Positive PP experience

So I bought this fork from this guy on pinkbike, great deal, payed shipping and stuff thru paypal. Dude says a couple weeks later that he can't sell it or some shit and that he will refund me. A week later and still no response. Did some basic cyber-sleuthing and found his real location and name. I filed a paypal claim, got him banned from pinkbike, and was ready to call the cops on his ass when I realized I need to be in his home province to file a small claims suit! On top of that, I read the fine print for paypal and basically the message was, 'if you don't deal with verified buyers, you're screwed'. So I'm sitting here, freaking out, about to call some guys in Newfoundland (where he lives) to go scare him (he's 14).
I was real busy the last couple days and just about to call his mom when I checked my paypal and my refund had magically appeared.

    Thanks paypal!

Move that money out of your paypal account and into a bank account, right now, if you haven't already.

Thats always a wise choice, but doubly so for this, paypal might do something stupid like try and take it back.
