i made two attempts to pay him, and at his request both were checks.

he "didn't receive them" both times for some odd reason and I have never had a problem with anyone else receiving payment on this site

and every damn time he ups the price

The point of this thread (assumedly) is to get some resolution. All cito does is piss and moan endlessly without proposing a way he'll be satisfied, but instead continue to drone on and on making insinuations and accusations. Bigpetey APPEARS to be trying to come to some understanding, but everytime cito continues with his rant that does no one (except for you apparently) any fucking good.

And once more, as you're apparently got his back - HOW MUCH MONEY? A real number - can you find it can you, no you can't as cito STILL hasn;t come up with it. So as you're apprently cito's spokesdimbulb, please advise EXACTLY HOW MUCH MONEY WILL MAKE CITO HAPPY - simple yes? C'mon, a $ sign followed by 3 numbers - just do it and we're all good.

Quoted for emphasis (edit - not needed, I guess). Exactly what I've been thinking. There's a good chance that's bullshit, because you'd burn up more than the transaction is worth pretty quickly and I expect even these guys can figure out that's not a good deal. But if they're telling the truth (or even if they're not, really), then they're bizarre, retarded or both.

seriously, it's pretty simple. Just like conundrum was able to do in the other thread: "either the Dukes or my money back" cito should be able to articulate "either $xxx or the skis back".

But the way he's acting here, I'm beginning to think bigpetey's story is closer to the truth. That maybe there was some snafu or misunderstanding, and because of that, cito went all agro and started demanding more money then the original sale, then got even more agro when bigpetey balked at that, and finally got so twisted that he said "keep the skis, fucking thief". To normal people that seems highly improbable, but I'm not sure that's what we're dealing with here.
