I think those were legitimate pics of a completely different person! I don't think the likeness you are looking at has anything to do with the person running this scam.

Sometimes justice takes awhile to acheive, if at all. It will be slow, but he will be handled legally, he will not appear for the default hearing in Idaho and then Conundrum will have the execution power of the court. I am sure more than one mag will proffer advice on avenues of collection. His true information will be found out.

It is unfortunate that this thread is still alive. And I bet maggots the world over are steaming for resolution and wonder why the power of the collective hasn't provided more.

To the contrary, I predict that this matter will fade, with a few glimpses of insight here and there, and then one day...someone will post some good news that justice finally came to fruition.

This is what i have been hoping for the whole time. People dont realize that this stuff takes time, and some people(Nate, Wren, Daryl) dont have hours upon hours and day's upon day's to devote to this.

Some people have real lives and real jobs to attend to and this is not priority 1 for them.

Others, although i commend your efforts and input, take this shit WAY to serious.

I think he bluffed and scared everyone from calling his family. What didn't happen was a confirmation that he is indeed someone's son because the threat of getting the cops involved scared everyone. The calls to his parents should happen so they know (if he is their son) what he's been up to - besides takin it in the ass as much as possible.

If all you empathetic sorts want to contribute so much, pony up your money to create a collective fund and hire a PI. That's how shit gets done and discovered.

First, the brand of justice that I described is not mutually exclusive to other forms...I just didn't mention others.

Second, although the principle amount of the judgment is all that will be entered, the way in which it is extracted can lead to problems for this fellow. Depending upon state, Conundrum may be able to attach attorney's fees and costs for his collection efforts. Without publicaly spelling out the tools that can be used for obvious reasons, things can be done.

cowardly acts of vandalism? what are we 13 here? if you're close enough to throw a brick through his window just knock on the door and get your money back.. or something of equal value. if you're not terribly intimidating, bring some friends that are. and the only thing going to court does is it guarantees that you will waste a lot of your free time for nothing, jesse wins again.

The brick through the window could get the brick thrower(s) into legal trouble. Cops can arrest you easily for that type of revenge - if you are caught then the law is against you.

Best to listen to Nate when he states that there will be actions and he does not need maggots to collect funds for some PR rep to visit the ski resorts to get training on spotting a scammer, or destroy property of the said scammer, etc.

Stickers, contacting others in the industry to warn and watch out for the scammer and phone calls harrassing the scammer are one thing- destroying the scammers property is probably way too far out for the amount of money (even the total amount of all parties) to risk getting arrested.
