TR: Garrett's Peak, Snowmass CO - Classic East Face Spring Skiing

I encountered some interesting folks on a snow-covered hillside the other morning...

They introduced themselves as Jon, Willie, Billy, Nan and Jules. Hi!

We went climbing up some frozen slush for a ways...

With dirty hippies close in tow...

We went up to the top of the mountain...

    To take some action shots...

    BAM!

And then we skiied down the mountain in the sunshine without stopping...

*(ok, I did stop once but nobody else did)

    And it burned the legs...

    But it was good!

And then we slashed the gnar with our Kastle Ski Machines

    And then we claimed it...

...from the parking lot. Oh snap!

    Ski Happy!

Great work, I like how the shadow on your shirt is almost parallel to the slope over your left shoulder.

Daly? Whatever that peak is, it was sticking out like a sore thumb from Holy Cross.

Looks like an awesome day out there!

Garrett is always a good time, nice work. How was Daly's east face looking? I'm too lazy to drive up there and look.
