Climbing forum?
Kayak and bike but no climbing. The recent Hueco TR and many of Trackhead's videos confirm that mags enjoy vertical rock. The other climbing sites I check out allow posting routes and photos but I like the TR style of TGR. And from what I've heard, there's a route or 2 around the Tetons...

Meh... just stick your climbing TRs in the main forum and label them as "Climbing". You'll be fine.
My dog did not bite your dog, your dog bit first, and I don't have a dog.

I that a ROCK/ICE climbing forum would be an excelent addition.
Mountainproject and supertopo are too full of douchebags, this place is different........

Another vote for a climbing forum, especially as it so integral to ski mountaineering.

Ditto for Rock/Ice forum. Hopefully not named climbing though. Then we'll have to endure TR accounts of steep hikes up scree piles and sick sends at the gym.

so what is his point then?
and what makes it incurious?
why is there such a resistance against a rock/ice forum? we have a subculture, the collective TGR maggots, that has a main focus of ski/snowboard and also has a place for the subcultures within it: surf, fish, bike.... so why is it so wrong to assume or expect a rock/ice forum?
im not claiming to be some sick climber whos so awesome that i deserve a forum to post stoke in, but when you see a serious climbing expedition like the borneo big wall posted in the padded room while wong fowum jong is trolling around incorrect postings it makes you wonder why theres not a more appropriate place than the padded room for such content.
and im also not trying to say anything bad about fishing. im sure ill start fly fishing within a couple of years as i cant come across a fly fisherman without sitting down and watching a while. my comment wasnt mean to be a personal attack.
i know in comparison i am new here, but it all seems that no matter what forum youre in the main purpose is to share stoke to get others stoked. climbing is just another outdoor activity that seems right in line with the mindset of the community that many members of the collective community partake in during the warm months.
some of you are making it sound like im trying to launch a gamers forum or some shit...."Yeah, yeah. you buy Playboy for the articles just like I watch Brokeback Mountain for the scenery... wait, that doesnt work."

i think almost anything indoor is kind of gay, especially when you can be outside. indoor climbing is training or for rainy days.
its like doing squats at the gym all day and then claiming a sick day in the bumps."Yeah, yeah. you buy Playboy for the articles just like I watch Brokeback Mountain for the scenery... wait, that doesnt work."

And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

There are plenty of EXTREME CLIMBING forums.
This is the only place with an EXTREME FISHING forum. . .

Who you calling old?! Sorry to hear about your epic on that 5.7, by the way. Hope you get your rope back. I sold it to some guy in the parking lot after we soloed up and retrieved it. He was driving a grey Tacoma.
