Need a place to rent in Aspen
Starting between May 1st and June 1st for at least one year. Anyone have anything to offer?
Looking for a studio or one bedroom that is less than a 15 minute walk to downtown. I prefer cable and utilities being included. Less than $1300/month. I know there are only a few places that fall into this category, but I know they can be had.Last edited by funkendrenchman; 04-17-2008 at 03:50 PM.

I'll look around Snowmass Village for you if you don't mind moving out of town.

Good luck to you, I have been floating around down valley for almost two months and haven't found anything yet in the same price range. This is the best site to check, it gets updated daily....

i assume you have at least called Pitco Housing to look for employee rentals, if you qualify. You should also try centennial condos, there is a number to call, and you have to call everyday.
i don't know of anything but do have my ears open for a friend and his lady, so if I hear of anything I will PM you.

I'll tell you where: someplace warm, a place where the beer flows like
wine, where beautiful women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano.
I'm talking about Aspen.
