    Sick and Afflicted

    After checking out online I believe I have Bronchitis or Pneumonia. Anyone suffering from similar???? Anyhoo, I can't sleep through the night not even while attempting an overdose on Nyquil and dayquil in the day. What gives. This cough is killing me, my back and my head and no phlem.

    I need sleep to count sheep for a minimum of eight hours.
    I know I need to go to the doc but haven't made the time.

    Suggestions???

    Symptoms
    fever - fluxations between cold and hot sweats
    cough - the most dreaded beast that doubles me over and pain ensues everywhere because of convulsions (insignificant phlem and mostly dry cough)
    chill - when I am not warmly dressed (insulated)
    small runny nose - not alarming
