    Cranking Mojo 15 bindings?

I just put a pair of Mojo 15s on some BD Zealots and I'm heading out to Aspen Highlands for the week. I've heard the toes release pretty easily and I don't want to waste a lap on the bowl so would you recommend cranking them down one or two DIN before I ski them?

Maybe you've got them confused with Markers?

I have experienced no pre-release issues with the Tyrolia race toe, either in the Mojo 15s or the FF17s.

truth is that more people experience pre-mature ejectulation on the MOJO 15 than the FF17. This is because the FF17 flexes when the Mojo 15 can't. Still a good binding though so Crank it up and don't max it out - always keep it 14 and below.

Makes sense. Of course, my Mojo 15s are on my Praxis, so it's not like they flex a whole hell of a lot in the first place.

Would this be a heel release though?

Never had a premature toe on any freeflex or the X17 etc.... Heels I have come out of at 10, when I think I should have stayed in and that has been on both the FF and fixed heel options.

Look up the elasticity, the tyrolia has more than a solomon but not as much as a look/rossi in the toe.

I've hammard (well by my standard) 120days on my mojo15's and i've only had one weird heal release where i landed badly and backslapped and smacked my the rear of the ski into the snow causing the heal peice to mve back (due to the elasticity) and the ski launched 20ft into the air almost decapitating a snowboarder. din's @ 12 or 13 and im about 170lbs I wouldn;t worry about jacking the din beacuse you think they might release on Hilands bowl (its not that hairy up there).
    I ski therefore I am.

I've had a couple early Mojo 15 toe releases, but I blame boot wear.

Actually, i did walk out on a few occasions with my old books with well worn lugs, high speed in variale, i went for a bit of a ride. But i think any binding is going to react differently when you boots are worn.
