Saul gets a moment of guilty conscience, tells Jesse about the poison and Walt´s part of it all, Jesse kills Walt, and right after, Mike kills Skyler (loose end) and Jr.(no reason) YES!!!! Saul, Jesse and Mike remain standing, as Walt´s megalomania and narcissism is the one thing endangering the whole operation, Jesse can cook by himself, Saul can find some other way than Skyler to launder money, Mike does all the business anyway. Everyone will make more money, everyone is happy.

We can dream, but I don't see it happening. Saul has a strong self-preservation streak and odds are high that Jesse would kill him too. After all, he was the one who actually poisoned the kid.

I could see that new Charger being Jr's demise....

I definitely feel like Jesse is going to come out on top. As Walt has become a worse person, Jesse has moved in the opposite direction... leaving aside the moral question of cooking meth of course.

skyler might off herself the way its looking.
Jr will die in a fiery crash
walt will die of cancer or by jesse's hand
mike will be offed by walt
jesse comes out with some jail time
hank will put the pieces together after most of the above has taken place, but will be on the trail enough to add drama
saul continues with business as usual and is happy to see the white trash calamity in his rearview mirror

    .............or not
whatever I feel like i what to do!

I was thinking the same thing - how Walt and Jessie's moral compasses have done a 180 from him climbing out the window in the first episode.

I knew that new guy (the water guy) was either going to end up getting shot at the end or doing something completely cold-blooded.

I definitely thought he was going to be offed when Walt asked if "he was sure" no one can find out about it, but he ends up shooting that kid, did not see that coming.

That's when I started thinking he wasn't going to get killed. Way too obvious.

The last few seconds negated the whole episode: they went through all that hassle so they wouldn't have to kill two innocent guys, then a random kid ends up getting shot in the head. I've heard people criticize BB bacause they claim that it glorifies crime to a certain degree, but I think this season (or two seasons) a lot of bills will come due. That had to really nail Jesse right in the mind. Gail, Brock, the kid that got iced by the rivals - I don't see him putting up with the senseless murder of innocent kids very much longer.

I thought Mike was going to cap somebody to slow the train down - that was pretty harsh ending. I was wondering when the spider would pop up.

Your post makes me wonder if Jesse will be the one to turn everybody in. He seems like the only one with a conscience anymore.

Mike's got a conscience. I'm pretty sure Mike will have something to say about it.Mike is a pro and most pros have a line they will not cross and on the other side of that line are children. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike shoots Matt Damon in the face at the beginning of next week's episode and dumps him in the hole they made for the methylamine. There's no reason not to do it - right now the new guy is just a big liability. The only thing he's got going for him is he damn sure isn't a cop or informer, but who really wants to work with a guy like that?

BB certainly glorifies the drug world, while contrasting the attraction with the horror which is the cost of the glory.

Best episode so far this season, hands down. Definitely a brutal ending though. I'll be surprised if Tod doesn't get iced in the first 30 seconds next week. I wonder if that really was just some random kid or if there will be a larger connection. Also, I hate to sound cold blooded, but if the kid had half a bran he would have high tailed out of there the second he saw those guys.

I wouldn't say that the kid getting killed completely negates the hassle of doing the robbery that way. If they had killed the crew it would have been an obvious robbery and brought down a lot of heat. Now no one has any idea they boosted the methylamine.

I love the show completely, but I found myself wondering if the last episode wasn't a bit of a shark-jumper.

No way will Jesse want to be anywhere near or in any way associated with Tod. Sure Tod made the smart decision to kill the kid, but most non-psychotic humans wouldn't do that regardless of what a sound decision it is.

And I don't see how the last episode was a shark-jumper at all. Each season make the preceeding season look pretty tame b y comparison, this season is no different. Shit will go down this season that will make Gus's box cutter look like a reassuring pat on the back. Best show evar.

The show will never jump the shark. They wrote the entire show from beginning to end and however many episodes came out of it, that was the show. It's gonna suck when it's over.

I thought this last episode was freakin' amazing. I can't believe someone would connect it with the show jumping the shark. At all.

I agree that it was one of the best - after third time watching it I finally caught that the dump truck driver was Saul's guy that went to shake down Ted....I thought he was one of the insect dudes.

That's ballsy Bill Burr! dude is f'n hilarious, his stand-up routine kills.

Dyin for the next episode!! Does Mike just kill Matt Damon?? Might as well just dig a bigger ditch, right??

I thought they built the tension really well with that train heist. That was great directing. Got to love a good heist movie/show.

From the previews for next week, the DEA is following Mike....the net is closing! Also looks like Skylar is going to tell her sister at least something about Walter. then Walter will have to kill Skylar, then the show can end. It's not a show about Walter or Jessie's charater arcs or making meth...it's just a good wholesome show about Walter killing his wife.
    thats new hampshire as fuck

Real-life Walter White sought on meth charge

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — A man who shares the same name with television's most noted meth dealer is wanted by authorities in Alabama for allegedly violating his probation for a past meth conviction.

The Tuscaloosa News reported Thursday (http://bit.ly/MB9TQi ) that 55-year-old Walter White was placed on probation after a 2008 conviction for making methamphetamine. The Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office recently placed White on its most-wanted list after his arrest on similar charges in Bibb County this year.

On TV, Walter White has so far evaded capture. The character played by Bryan Cranston in AMC's "Breaking Bad" is a high school chemistry teacher who turns to cooking meth to help support his family after he's diagnosed with terminal lung cancer.

The show is in its fifth and final season. Cranston has won three consecutive Emmys
    Jesse's still on the loose!!

I can't say they won't off Todd, but in watching it again I really noticed for the first time Jesse hammering the point home to him that NOBODY could ever know about the heist. My guess is that the kid (through Hank's work) is the key to the "empire" falling. This show has set the bar high and would need a tremendously epic failure second half of final season to not be among some of the best tv ever.
