No comments from anyone on the last two episodes?!
I just caught up last night and holy shit. Let's see:
-Walt is essentially a dead man walking, and seems to be coming apart at the seams. Him trying to put the moves on the school admin was hilarious
-Skyler moving from just fucking Ted to a bit of a relationship is interesting. Wonder if she will start becoming more complicit in his accounting shenanigans.
-Saul's PI is awesome, he is turning into a great supporting character this season.
-Interesting move by Don Pollos giving Walt half of Jesse's payout. It will be interesting to see if Walt contacts him next episode.
-Jesse's gas-for-meth deal with the gas station chick shows he is still a bonehead, god that was stupid.
-Hank was obviously saying he thought he "was on the verge of something big" because he is just afraid to go back to El Paso, but is actually just a few steps away from the cartel without knowing it. I can see Hank busting Jesse, Jesse giving up Walt since there is now no love lost between the two and Walt got half his payout, and Walt then accepting Don Pollos' offer while actually being a narc for Hank.

There needs to be more of the Twin Deathsquad. I'm sure there will be soon.
I also really like the PI guy.

I like when Walt tried to give the PI a quick lecture on what he's doing with his life. Just a little irony there... The PI also bears an uncanny resemblance to Walt.

D'oh! Reading comprehension fail.
I'm not sure how he would know recent details about Hank's investigation. The two have met but otherwise it seems that as far as we know they don't normally have any contact, and I doubt Hank shares information like that with casual acquaintances. He could certainly have a man on the inside though....

looks like we are getting set up for a good episode next week. Between Hank finding' combo's pic of combo and jesse @ the strip club, the tension between jesse and walt, and the investment pollos has with that new lab... the show has been building very well.

And remember that Hank killed Tuco, which is why the Mexicans want to kill Walt, who they say betrayed Tuco.
I can't remember for sure how all that played out, but it should be a matter of public record that Hank was the trigger man since he's a cop, so Pollos would have to have figured that out, and if he has, what's to stop him from thinking Walt and Hank are doing their own thing?
I'd say he'd HAVE to know all about Hank's life.__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ________________

Thinking about it, there is no reason at all that the meth that comes out of the superlab will be blue.
The damage is done though. Hank is going to find and talk to Jesse, Jesse is going to give up Walt's name and then it's on.

Apparently Walt and Jesse are cooking in Utah now:

I loved tonight's episode, probably the best of the season, and only 30 seconds of Skyler made it that much better. I loved the scene where Jesse is talking to his two friends about getting back into business, and not letting greed take over again... all while wearing a shirt with a huge dollar sign. Going to be another good one next week.

What a kickass episode. Shit's going down next Sunday! Hank is pissed, the Juarez bros. are pissed, Skyler and Walter Jr. are pissed, Pollos is pissed... It's on! And the cinematography, music, etc, is IMO what makes this show amazing, it conveys such a good feel for the atmosphere of the desert and the area, especially in this episode.

This show continues to outdo itself. The entire RV scene was incredible, Hank is going to go fucking ballistic next week.
Pollos giving team deathsquad the green light to go after Hank is crazy huge. Do we know who's house they were at in the opening scene, or was that just there to show how much they like the axe?

Great episode, but:
Making Jesse his new lab assistant, WTF! The kid is now on the DEA's radar (sure, Hank was basically the sole investigator and he's gone now, but still), and even if Jesse did get busted and tried to give up Walt what could he do? With the RV gone, I can't think of any other evidence left that could connect Walt to cooking/Jesse. Jesse would just be some random meth cook spewing about Heisenberg, who would take him seriously?
We'll have to see how this plays out, but right now I am blown away by this turn of events and not in a good way.

I think the only reason Walt offered Jessie the partnership was to help Hank from getting prosecuted. But maybe it's a "keep your friends close, but your enemy closer" type of thing?
The parking lot shootout was amazing. Who warned Hank?

I'm surprised Walt didn't seriously consider Saul's suggestion of having Jesse "dissappear completely". Although if you think about it, the perfect place to kill somebody and completely dispose of the body would be an ultra-clandestine super high-tech meth lab. I'm not saying Walt personally kills Jesse, just that the lab would be the perfect place.
Hank isn't gone.Jesse's not pressing charges, so Hank will likely get his job back. Surviving the attact of the twin deathmachine may just be what he needs to get his self-confidence back and start getting really hard-core.
The private eye guy. He's going to become a major player. He knows everything that's going on.
