    If some of the best times of my life were skiing the UP in -40 wind chill with nothing but jeans, cotton long johns and a wine flask to keep warm while sleeping in the back of my dad's van... does that make me old school?

    Minnesota by a huge margin...good thing I badgered my parents into going to the caucus. They didn't need any encouragement to vote for Obama, though.

    It depends on the state, but for Democrats, it's all proportional. No winner take all states....like some states do for Republicans.

    I'm not expert on that specific issue, but know it varies from state to state... As Root mentioned Democrats I think are always proportional, and Republican are allowed to make it a winner takes all. HOWEVER, there are also "At Large" and "Super" Delagates if I recall.

    NYTimes.com has a decent online guide;
    http://politics.nytimes.com/election...ion/index.html

    For todays delegates this is VERY GOOD!

    Here is California Secretary of State site; http://vote.ss.ca.gov/

    The page with raw vote totals; http://vote.ss.ca.gov/Returns/pres/dem/59.htm

    But this is NOT how they will award Delagates, more on that here;

    The super delegates can go back and forth...they aren't committed.

    I think Obama will come out ahead in delegates. Considering how far behind he was a month ago, it's a big victory and I am keeping my money on him for the win.

    How does 10% of california (so far) vote for someone who has already pulled out of the race. Seriously.

    early voting. (mail in)

    early results from CA don't mean much...there are HUGE numbers of absentee ballots cast early, which is a huge benefit to Clinton.

    shit sandwich either way on the Democratic side. Hillary blows, and Obama wants to bail out Mortgage morons and idiots who had too many kids to where they can't pay for health care. Self accountability and responsibility goes a long way...quit supporting ignorance....and/or socialism.
