Booster Strap Length
I have a pair of 27.5 shell Scarpa Tornados that I am planning on putting the Scarpa Booster strap on, but I'm not sure which length to get. 60 cm or 62 cm? Does it matter?

I didn't even know they made them in lengths, just that there are options in terms of the number of bands, therefore stiffness. I have the ones with 3 bands. FWIW, they are plenty long for my Scarpa Spirit 3's. Plenty of extra length.

In any case, if you're ever really in this situation make sure you at least bargain in a couple of fluffers.

i'm with sinecure...i didn't even know they made lengths...just stiffness based on number of bands. but is 2cm really gonna make any sort of difference. thats like 1/4 of your pinky nail.

Scarpa, Rossignol and probably others are putting BOOSTER-type straps in thier boots next year, probably because of all the folks who rip out the stock straps the install BOOSTERS...
Should be pretty nice skiing without having to mod your boots...
