    Tornadoes slightly big-Powerwraps?

well I have a pair of scarpa tornadoes in a 26.5 The boots are slighly big for me. I got them at a great price that I could not pass up. They are last years with scarpa liners. Im wondering if a pair of intuitions might be the ticket to take up alittle room?? Are the powerwraps the thickest of the liners. What do you think. will putiing in a pair of intuitions make them tighter?
    Thanks

Intuitions will take up room, but get a size bigger (or even 2 sizes bigger, depending on how much room you have) than your shell. I was in a size too big xwave (26) and Intuition put me in a size 10 alpine liner. It worked for a season, but eventually I bought a smaller boot. I'm now in a 25 Solly Impact with a 1cm shell fit and have a size 8 power wrap. Works great.

    Sounds good

Ill try that. I just need to get to the end of the season. There seem to be so many nice AT boots coming out next year that I dont want to pluck down serious money on boots this year. Id say im half a size off. Powerwraps are the liner of choice??
    Thanks

I was in the same situation and I went with powerwraps 1 size big and it succeeded in taking up a little room. Just get them molded by someone that knows what they are doing (see many intuition threads). Its counter-intuitive, to make them fit tighter and take up room, you don't want to buckle them as tight when molding.

For AT Intuition usually recommends the Alpine liner. Power wrap has more material around the cuff, making it stiffer. Give them a call and they'll steer you in the right direction....
