Looking for cheap lodging in Steamboat
Trying to head up for a couple days and was hoping to find a hostel or something cheap for 2-3 people. Any 'boat mags have the lowdown?

cheaper to find a condo on vrbo.com than stay in a hostel

Steamboat doesn't have a hostel. Check out the Bunkhouse Lodge... pretty cheap hotel... the Nordic and the Western downtown are pretty cheap too. Good luck though, musicfest starts this week and they've booked up most of the cheaper rooms in town.
