Naxo newby question?
Whats your opinion on this? Is it better to have the longer (large) rails with the heel piece moved forward or have shoter (medium) rails with the heel piece moved back closer to the pivot release?
I am getting mixed advice from the local shops, one says that going with the longer ones make the toe piece more functional but couldnt explain (so I could understand) why.
Thanks

Use the smallest ones you can fit your boot into.

Thats the way I see it too, the local "Guru" says that I should get the shorter rails and remount the heal. So since this morning when I posted this I called BCA and the tech guy there says that longer is better.
The torsional flex question seems make sense when you look at them but I did ski them real hard on groomers last weekend just to see what would happen, they never released and their performance was quite impressive so I'm thinking that I should just leave them alone?
