Fuckin' fall.
I walked out of the door today and felt a almost familiar feeling. ...cold. But it was not just cold. There was also... a new fresh feeling caught be off guard. It was the clean air after a hard rain. I walked out on to the grass. Oh shit! Fucking wetness. Normally I would not wear shoes. For in the summer, things are well, dry. I say, “fuck it.” and go on checking the mail. Kinda take in the air and sit on the car. Dammit it’s that fucking wetness again. Sit up. Go on checking the mail. I see a few leaves come off the tree, a pine cone falls off our 130 foot evergreen adn it's starts raining again. Hell yeah. Pulling out the mail and seeing the date on an overdue bill I realize that I was skiing a month from now last year. For me fall is better then winter. I like the atmosphere, the feel, the air. The skiing is good. Fall is the only month that really hits hard on. Summer comes from spring and spring comes on slow. Taking it’s time. You always know it’s there. But fall on the other hand. Checking the mail today it hit me. It's fucking fall. I’m stoked.

DINMS-
Awesome post man- yeah fall is sweet. There's so much anxiety and stokage for the coming season. I'm sorta making a film this year about balancing skiing/acedemics and also focusing on the preseason feeling (fall). Anyway, yeah.Ski Because It's Fun

Fall is a great season. Whether its riding on a trail that is full of color or shooting a tasty treat I hate to waste any time due to the shortening days.

ohhh yeah. Bring on the snow. Nice post DINMS... even though it is becoming spring here instead of fall, hearing about it makes me excited anyways.
