We've had a few showers come through different parts of the valley... lots of lightning...

I saw that flair up on my way from Longtucky to Boulder at about 4. It's not really in a spot that can hurt anything but they were on that shit fast with the heli's.

At this point I'm dreading rain as it's bringing lightning.

The speed and ferocity with which attacked that was fucking awesome! The dogs and I sat for a good half hour and watched them suffocate that thing. Really cool.

It rained quite a bit in Empire yesterday. Heavy rain in Breckenridge today, with strong winds that blew over a few trees along Hwy. 9. Frisco and Silverthorne got a few good showers too. Keep it coming. In my opinion, any rain is good rain, with or without lighting.

    Solid work here.

How's the smoke level in Summit County looking? May shift my plans to bike all next week up there if it's pretty bad.

It's currently a little hazy, but not that bad. From Breck I can still see the Williams Fork Range north of Silverthorne pretty clearly.

Starts slow and the music is a little drama-queen. There's some good nighttime footie early on, but watch the shit hit the fan at 7:00 when the wind kicks in:

Summit had drizzling rain on and off all day yesterday. Looks like we are heading into a period of better chances for rain. 40-50% for the next two weeks. Bring it on! Felt good getting muddy on a mtb ride yesterday!

I was caught in a downpour riding my bike on the keystone aqueduct trail about an hour ago. It was definitely a good feeling. Except for the hail, that stung a bit.
