Searched around and couldn't find shite.
Anyone got their 179 fat bros mounted tele? Where did you put the pin line?

    Thanks.

How have you mounted your teles in the past?

I generally end up either mounting according to alpine bootcenter, or ~0.5-1.5 cm behind (tele bootcenter, pins to heel/2). And would prolly mount Bros using the same idiom...

Since the Fatty Bro, is reasonably fat, I'd prolly just mount mine on the line (or 0.5cm back tops).

That's what I'm leaning towards, just wanted to see if there was any feedback.
I usually go back 1 cm of the line cause I have clown feet.

There should be a mounting discussion starting there soon. Maybe you can kick it off.

I have mine mounted tele. The BD store mounted them up for me, so I can't comment on the boot center line.
    Hope this helps.

i agree w/ hemas. even the tele ski companies are realizing the 'Pins at XX' approach is lame, since it should be corrected for boot sole length.

better, and easier, to mount based on alpine boot center mark and go back 0.5 to mebbe 2 cm depending on other factors important to you.
