how much travel can you get outta of the heel piece of the 614?

so 25mm then. should be able to get a 320 bsl in there then without remounting from the 309 they are at currently?

It depends. Typical mounts are near the center of travel or slightly forward, you need to go 11 mm back so it will be close. Only one way to find out for sure and that is to snap the boot in and check the forward pressure. You may consider just mounting the toe forward to your bootsole.
