5mm off crooked. The skis already have a bunch of holes in them, so I filled the old holes with epoxy/steel wool and I am going to correct it with inserts. Lining it up with paper, it should work....

How high is your ceiling? getting shelves supported by the ceiling joists and the wall stud not just one or the other will increase strength.

You may want to look into an adapter, too.

Skis get sprayed with water and some other thing when they go through grinders. Don't worry. If it sprayed a degreaser, find out the grease points on your bindings, and do that.

Correct. Dynafit's inserts are plastic, and useless if you want to switch one set of bindings between multiple pairs of skis. BF inserts are stainless steel.

Has anyone tried putting Jondrums' inserts in any of the dynafit skis with the factory inserts? I'm trying to figure out a reason it wouldn't work.
