I've had good luck with Maxxis Ignitor LUST 2.35s. Not too heavy and a great all around tire. I just restocked from treefortbikes for $47 per.

I'd like to bleed my Hope Techs. The Hope how-to video references DOT 5.1 fluid, and the "bleed kits" I've seen use the same. I have only seen DOT 3, 4 and 5.
