Just about every line through those rock bands, you will hit rocks no matter what the snow depth. They used to be better until they reshaped bombers and move a lot of rock around, now....just nasty...

You might not have to give them lectures very long, just saying, avalanches don't give a crap about the odds.

What can I say about the 7-10 days here in the PNW, 3 days lift skiing, 3 days BC skiing and 1 day cat skiing and everyone butt deep in dry snow, today was still off the chart at Mission, open faces...

So I am taking my first AIRY I class in Leavenworth Sat/Sun then Monday all day at Stevens.....I think I will need a poncho.
