Had bilateral shots yesterday - definitely felt a bit better immediately afterwards but my more painful hip is certainly more grumbly today. Doc says takes 2 weeks for the steroid to fully kick in...

not for a meniscus repair - just ACL then yes, meniscus REPAIR you need to take it nice and easy at first. Pushing the recovery on that one will just end it in failing.
