cant speak for Naxo's but my FR's did the same thing.
On the FR's I was able to remove the support piece that dosnt make contact, cut some rubber to fit the grooves, screw the suport piece back on....

i riveted some into my Garmonts, making them significantly stiffer, torsionally speaking. Less boot shape degradation sends more energy to the ski.
Just put some heel lift inside the boot, chances are you have some volume to take up, and it wont effect the tourability at all.
