Well I think OP called and spoke with PMGear directly. I dont know what was said in that conversation by either individual but it apparently didnt go well as OP decided this was the better route.

What was the stated warranty when these skis were made? Was it same as current policy?

Again I know normally (most large companies) do not warranty an item purchased second hand, but i will again...

You can go up anything "above the town of alta". Grizzly, Supreme, albion.
