Yeah you can get everywhere from 7th but it makes for loooong laps. Just seems crazy to run 3 chairs that all access the same terrain and leave the alpine underserved.

Been a great end to the season. Hit blackcomb on the whistler closing day. Just non stop fresh to the bottom of spankys. not much indication of crust, but some pinwheel debris around feather trees....

Surely we are gonna get some sun some time soon right?
Have that horrible feeling that we are just gonna switch to summer, without any spring windows...

could feel the bottom every now and then yesterday. especially on anything remotely steep and bumpy. today less so. trees were unbelievable. japow flashbacks.

Wow i would not be going for something with that much exposure after the winds we have been having (not for avi's but for just overall sketchyness). Nice work though!

Couple of shots from Fissile the other day. Made it to the bootpack about 12:30 I think. It was seriously sketchy without crampons. Second lap was better after the sun had been on it and it was down...

I think even if we get 30+cms overnight, its still gonna be dust crust if it comes thru as cold as forecast. faceshots on cattracks though

Heard from the staff at the Crystal hut that the Horstman hut was opening on Friday so obvs 7th. but again thats from staff not patrol.
