Pinapple rind on some sugar and water. Add some mango, ginger, cinnamon.. Takes about 4-5 days depending on temp. Throw a fresno or two on it for a day!

Messed around with a fun cocktail last weekend.. DId a fat wash on a mezcal and added some citric acid to some pineapple juice..

Ended up with a Chorizo...

We scored floor tickets last night.. They did a re-re at 9pm. All nights were available for Dicks.

Agreed on the casamigos as trash. Just smell the blanco. Not much agave there at all. I mostly smell vanilla/perfume. It's disgusting.

Last Word cocktail calls for Green. I like to do a mezcal version but I found the green is too much for that particular cocktail so I use yellow. Just gotta get both! They'll last you a long time.

Quick and dirty explanation in my opinion... Green is bigger, bolder, comes in at 55%. Yellow is softer, sweeter, 40%.
