I have had a similar experience with BD. I had a pole on a tent break and they over nighted a new pole pronto. Props to BD for great customer service.

I have the big one, have been very happy with it. Performs well, fits a climbing helmet under the hood, good wind resistance and VERY WARM. Packs down pretty small for its fill also.
