lurking around innsbruck can be an option, depends a bit on what exactly you are aiming for. if you stay in innsbruck you will have to move around but you will be in a reasonable place to do that....

taking skis off after finishing tree run that leaves you at the road some distance from the lifts. sort of standing in the road a bit. police car drives up...

No idea. Nothing ever caught my eye as a reasonable ski line there when looking up from Stubaital. Would suggest not trying until you've checked... Various rather obvious options drop down to Schlick...
