Given that f = focal length divided by pupil diameter, I'm guessing that any longer than 35mm and they'd lose the constant f/1.8 aperture. That's why it's a "funky" range.

FWIW, both of the Oly f/2.0 zoom lenses retail for well over $2K.

Most of my post processing is done simply using the sliders in ACR and...
