The only issue with drilling/coring/cutting concrete is running into rebar. The concrete is easy to deal with, the rebar isn't so much.

I use an Intuition liner, no footbed, and a wedge under my arch because I have really high insteps and I need the extra height that a footbed takes up.

I had some Firestones on an F150 a few years back. They had a slow leak, but it wasn't worth getting worked up about.
