That shot was the last trip before we shut it down, we had pretty good vis (LZ was above clouds) and no wind up until that point. Other then the flat light, the pilot was pretty ok with everything.

Found some really reactive soft slabs in lower Days running in the new snow. Not a huge deal, but they were running fairly fast and could take you into a tree, etc. if you weren't paying attention.

Watch out to the busted down bus in BCC, they still can't pull that fucker down from the s-curves.

Heard from the Sheriff that Monday was the most skiers they've ever had in the canyons, ever! Next time tell the officer you're going back country skiing at the willows and you might get thru.

No, the 16" of cold smoke is great, it's just the rock hard re-frozen snow that's the problem. A week of spring conditions + -20 degree temps has made it pretty interesting on the steep stuff.
