I have Dynastar Mythic 97s as my only ski. I solely ski mountaineer.
Ive tried skinnier and wider and this is the width for me. But in the end they're a 1450g ski and ski like it.

I'm from CO so I'm familiar with the area but I've only been over Wolf Creek pass once
Are the Weminuche and South San Juan areas pretty hard to access? I see a few 3500ft+ lines around the area -

I was looking at Sandpoint ID as a possible place to live, though I've never been. For summer skiing/big descents, it seems pretty mellow in that region, I only see a few 3000ft descents on my google...

When is the summer ski season in Japan?
I'm looking to do a skimo trip to Japan May 8 to 28. I want to climb and ski volcanoes. Is there even snow then? I can't seem to find any beta.
