There was no obvious pin failure that we are aware of in this particular case. Top screws were tight. All of this gets checked each time. It's a very methodical process when sending stuff out.

Incorrect. BD shells run on the EVEN sizes. 25 and 25.5 are the same shell. The liner is lasted by the half size but if molded *properly* will result in the same fit. A 25.5 and a 26 are different...
