IMHO: less weight and more lively vs a bit heavier and damper (can be nice in certain snow conditions).

I'm 6'2" and 187 lbs and mounted on dimple. Fairly awesome but I wonder if a bit further back might make me...

Is there a reason we are not using the Marker Jester Schizo DIN 16 binding considering much of the the uncertainty or ambiguity of where to mount our Praxis?

I skied the GPOs today on firm groomers and corned soft groomers (giving my knee a looong rest before i trash it again this Saturday morning at Squaw) and it carves really well. So the front side...

I thought I saw 196cm Woo 2.0 on the Praxis website. But that was at 2 am so take it with a grain of salt.

Ditto. I'd gladly pay 4 x what I pay now for a pass. Because of the crowds I have skied < 4 weekend days at Squaw all season in contrast to weekdays. Thank god I work nights.

I demo'd next years Cochise 193 and 185 today. That 193 has a big sweet spot and is very smooth off piste. Reallllllllllly nice.

MVP 187 has been a joyful ski to ride lately: it's effortless and is a quick turning, well balanced, great spring crud ski...and more.

Spring skiing: corn, slush, soft bumps, firm. No pow.

I too thought the dimple wasy way too far forward and was going to remount -2 or so but detuning the tip just past the contact points made the mount feel less forward. And made the ski far more...

You oughta know better. ;) Flex du jour with Keith. Mine are medium instead of the medium stiff. Pretty nice. (For skis in general) I think medium flex is great for the pow but favor medium stiff...

Rose had plenty of untracked today (and lots of tracked of course). It was heavier classic Sierra cream cheese turning to cement. Chutes were empty!
