2 live crew is coming to Ketchum

2 Live Crew is coming to Whiskey's in Ketchum this Saturday.

I guess Luke Skywalker isn't part of the band anymore, but Fresh Kid Ice is keeping the dream alive. I'm not sure what to expect, but hopefully they will play some of their hits.

Check out Fresh Kid Ice's website: http://www.chinamanrecords.com/chinamanintro.html
(music plays when you open the site)

As an added bonus our local Hair/metal band is opening the show.

Should be fun.

Rap questions

1 - It's not about the "music" it's the hand gestures that count.
2 - How will history look back on this genre of music

Discuss.......

1. That's not a question. Also, what an ignorabt stab at nothing.
2. The same way it looks back on and celebrates the gospel, the blues, and jazz.

Jp - don't waste your dough on that show. Last time they rolled through town they didn't even have a live DJ, they played a mini-disc for back ups. And it skipped.
What Frsh Kid Ice is doing now is just sophisticated pan handling, with a tour van.

They've played in Bozeman twice, recently. I heard there was some X-Rated shit going down on stage.

They played in Jackson this summer and let's just say that if you don't want to see some really big asses doing things I didn't know asses could do - then this is not the show for you.

Sorry I should have posted this last week.

The Ketchum show was really more of a spectacle than a show. Sure they played all of their hits, but for the most part the crowd just stood and stared at the rappers. The weird thing about the night was that for some reason most of the girls in the place were really into it. They were up on stage dancing with the rappers. At one point in the show, two local girls got up on stage and kissed, then they proceeded to get lap dances from the skanky dancers that the band brought. It was definitly one of those nights where it payed to have a camera phone.

Only by those who don't like music.

I haven't figured this out, either. But I like it.
