For better or worse, I don't tear up. It's to the point where I always have to give the eulogy when a family member dies.
But the avy movie, A Dozen More Turns, makes me fight the tears back every time. Offhand, I don't think there's been a Hollywood movie as sad as that was to me, but I'll have to think about it a bit more.
Boy in the striped pajamas left me pretty bummed
Glory's ending was painfully damp. Ghandi - the assassination pretty much left me incoherent and unable to drive home.

Though the ending of Band of Brothers is still my #1. I balled like a baby.

Pretty much anything with a dog that dies in the end.
Video game, not a movie, but I think that makes it more noteworthy that it choked me up a little bit, no game has ever come close to that before.
