BCA packs don't seem to be as good as their competitors. I'm likely selling mine this summer.

Same here, but I'm really digging on my MR Blackjack. Functional and bomber, carries exceptionally well, and the weight is decent for an airbag. Just my $.02.Quote:

I like my MR Blackjack also. I heard there are more companies going to be putting them out so I assume everything will be changing with better packs.
done and bump. i heard next years bca packs will have interchangable pack sizes. so you buy one base model with the airbag, then can get a buncha different storage options.
one suggestion for BCA that i forgot to include. once you deploy the airbag its really hard to get it back in there without it wanting to open the airbag compartment on its own. the airbag compartment needs to be just a little bit bigger. it has happened to me multiple times where i get to the bottom of a line to see my airbag zipper has fully opened somewhere on the way down.
