take a old, 5 bolt rotor, vice grip a 6 bolt, 203mm over that, and use the old one to line up holes for the new one.
I've done this with 4 bolt lefty stuff and works fine.

Tried that.
The bolt circle is a much bigger diameter (around 3.25"). At that diameter, standard 6 bolt rotors are in the ribs.
