You should count your blessings. Many A credit tenants are starting to kick out of leases and just give you the keys back. You can attempt to take them to court and sue on the lease but good luck with that now days. Some you will win and others..... Remember you are the Real estate in Breckenridge Landlord the one viewed with all the money. Picking a location is only 1/2 the battle when the economy is breaking the very foundations of good traditional practices.
