Help please: How do I remove Rossi demo binders?

Just like the title says. I am trying to remove a pair of Rossi axial2 120s from my ANTs. I have everything off except for the sliding plate for the toe pieces. There are no visible screws and the plate still slides. How the fack do I get these off?

Take a flat screwdriver and slide it under the tail end of the plate twist up and slide the plate toward the tip while holding the locking tab open.
