Looks like a collection of torrents of a bunch of live shows... The word is that these are fairly high quality "master"-type recordings, as in a lot live stuff gets recorded professionally, yet most of the time fails to make it to public until after band members commit various types of suicides.

I've picked up countless recordings from all three of those sites. The majority of it has been very high quality. It's amazing how much stuff comes out of the woodwork when a band goes on tour, or releases a new album.
