Just a wild guess here but the numbers 10 and 12 when used to describe a ski binding could possibly refer to the max din rating.

I have heard some bad things about these, but I went ahead and bought a pair for the gf anyway. She's about 135 lb. and skis pretty aggressively but no hucking. I think they'll be going on a pair of 175 praxis so I liked the idea of the easy bending solly brakes. Is she gonna be fine or should I look to unload these and get her some p12s?
