Each Maiden show is so much more then just a concert. Each show is a live opera complete with sets and the classic good vs. evil, making Live After Death the greatest live recording in history. Murry and Smith provide the strongest guitar duet in metal, Harris and his hynotic bass, powerful drums of McBrain and opera like lyrics of Bruce Dickenson.

So much of todays music is wasted on CD and MP3, no soul. The LP and cassette tape captures everything. I will give up my Maiden cassettes when the pry them from my cold dead fingers!

My favorite Maiden lp is Fear of the Dark. I can't really say it was the best they ever recorded, but it sounds pretty fickin' cool on cassette.
